Freya Palmer-Postles

My lessons are interactive, engaging and tailored to each student's individual needs, level and learning goals. With my CELTA qualification and experience teaching students of different ages and abilities, I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you feel comfortable practising English and building confidence.

I use a student-led approach, meaning lessons focus on what you want to achieve. Whether you want to improve your speaking and listening, develop your grammar and vocabulary, prepare for exams or feel more confident using English in everyday situations, we will work together to find the best approach for you.

My lessons can include conversation practice, role-play activities, grammar exercises, vocabulary building and real-life scenarios to help you use English naturally. I enjoy making lessons creative and enjoyable, using topics that interest you to encourage conversation and active participation.

I believe making mistakes is an important part of learning, so you can expect plenty of encouragement, constructive feedback and opportunities to practise without feeling judged. I'll adapt the pace and content of our lessons as you progress, helping you recognise your strengths and work on areas where you need more support.

I also encourage students to share their interests, ask questions and take an active role in their learning. This helps us build lessons that feel personal, motivating and meaningful, while developing your confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

My goal is to make every lesson useful, enjoyable and relevant to your life, so you leave feeling more confident and motivated to continue learning English!
