Hi, my name is Frej and my lesson are always about turning English from a source of struggle to a source of passion. English is such a wide ranging subject that it can seem scary subject at first. I've taught hundreds of students who have all shared their struggles and frustrations iwth me about the subject. However, I also know that English is arguably the most empowering and most rewarding subject you can learn. English doesn't just teach you reading and writing skills, it teaches you how to be confident in your voice, and how to actively engage and understand the world around you!

How my lessons work is that during the first consultation I will have quick conversation to start with so I can understand how you or your child is getting on in English. Then, I'll create a 'learning journey' where we'll plan in a 6 lesson cycle which will work slowly to build your confidence and to get you to master your English skills. Each lesson will build on the other like bricks on a wall, so that you constantly feel like you are getting better with a task at each time.

One example of a lesson structure would be:

1. Start with an independent 'warm up' task
2. Follow with a quick prediction activity
3. Guided instruction about a new topic/skill
4. Independent work
5. A quick and engaging recap
