Each session follows a clear and dynamic structure:
1. Goal setting: We start by identifying a specific personal or academic objective, for example, improving focus, managing exam stress, or developing leadership in group projects.
2. Purpose and meaning: We explore the deeper “why” behind what they study, helping students connect their learning to a broader sense of purpose, values, and future goals. This gives direction and emotional energy to the learning process.
3. Emotional intelligence in action: Through exercises and guided reflection, students learn to recognize and regulate emotions, improve communication, and use self-awareness as a tool for better decision-making.
4. Practical strategies: Each session ends with concrete actions and tools, from study planning and time management techniques to resilience practices and self-assessment methods.
My sessions are highly participative and empowering. We use real-life examples, short coaching dynamics, and reflection questions that help students not only perform better academically, but also understand themselves more deeply.
