As someone who has navigated both academic and professional challenges, I understand the overwhelm that can come with balancing your studies, career ambitions, and personal life. During my own journey—from completing my undergraduate degree nearly a decade ago to returning to university for a master’s during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic—I've experienced similar feelings. It was through the support of friends, family, therapy, and professional coaching that I regained clarity and confidence. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

With over eight years of professional experience in marketing, hospitality, and sustainability, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life—collaborating, mentoring, and guiding others toward success. As a consultant and workshop facilitator, I specialize in helping people navigate challenges, uncover opportunities, and create meaningful change. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to understand your unique situation and guide you toward solutions that work for you.

As a master’s student and entrepreneur, I’ve faced my own struggles transitioning from a corporate career to self-employment and academia. Our first meeting is free—a chance for us to connect, for me to introduce myself and my journey, and to ensure we’re a good fit. During this session, we’ll align on your goals, discuss the process, and clarify the outcomes you’d like to achieve. Each session is interactive and tailored to your needs, with exercises designed to help you explore your strengths, overcome challenges, and create actionable plans. Between sessions, you’ll have access to additional exercises and tools to help you reflect and take practical steps toward your goals.
