My lessons are interactive, structured, and tailored to each student's learning style, academic goals, and current level of understanding. I begin by assessing the student's strengths and areas for improvement, then develop a personalized learning plan that builds confidence and mastery of the subject. Each session combines clear explanations, guided practice, real-world examples, and problem-solving activities to ensure students understand concepts rather than simply memorize them.

I encourage active participation by asking questions, discussing ideas, and working through challenging problems together. Regular quizzes, assignments, and feedback help monitor progress and identify areas that need further reinforcement. I also provide study strategies and exam techniques to help students become more independent and effective learners.

I have over thirty years of teaching face-to-face; and three years of experience teaching online and have worked with students from a variety of curricula, including IGCSE, IB, AP, US, JEE, NIOS, and other international programs. I teach Chemistry, Research Methodology, Mathematics, and related science subjects to learners from middle school through university level. My academic background includes a Master of Arts in Teaching Chemistry and a Master of Arts in Public Administration, supported by extensive experience in research, academic writing, and thesis mentoring.
