Before arriving in the UK, I worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Nigeria Maritime University. During my stay in the school, I organized and conducted lectures for 100 to 300 levels, conducted research and practicals and also marked/scored tests, exams, and assignments. I was also 200 level coordinator.
I have also worked in Goodbens Academy Taught more than 300 students Biology, Computer, Agricultural Science, Chemistry and Aquaculture; I was the Form Master of JSS 3.
During the above, I have demonstrated excellent teaching skills, communicational skills and observational skills. All were measured by the overall performance of students, their understanding of the course/subject and how the knowledge gained was applied.
During teaching, I make sure that all students are following, I also ensure that my communication is effective concerning the feedback and response I get from it. I also assess them via the following methods, Tests, essays, Assignments, Exams, presentations etc.
My teaching methods include: Discussion, Broad Explanation starting from what the students know to what they don't know, Detailed Presentation,
I have attended various academic seminars overtime and have published more than 105articles related to academics.
