I have 7+ years experience and my teaching style is breaking down complex topics into simpler ideas which allow for better understanding. I use modelling actively in my teaching which enable students to grasp difficult concepts quicker. I use clear instructions and AfL in between my sessions to check for student understanding along with questioning and adapt my teaching strategies according to each student. My sessions are fun and interactive particularly for younger years and I believe making science interesting by different activities makes a world of a difference.
