I have experience teaching children in both one-to-one and small group settings through my role as a mosque teacher and private tutoring. Teaching individually has helped me understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to match each learner’s pace, strengths, and areas where they need extra support. I aim to build students’ confidence by creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions.

My teaching method focuses on explaining concepts clearly before giving students opportunities to practise independently. I use worked examples, interactive questioning, and regular recap activities to reinforce learning and check understanding. I also provide constructive feedback throughout each lesson so students know what they are doing well and what they need to improve. I believe consistency, patience, and clear communication are essential for helping students make progress.

I am organised, reliable, and committed to helping every student achieve their potential. Before each lesson, I prepare resources that are appropriate for the student’s age and ability, and I adjust my teaching approach if something isn’t working. I also keep parents informed about their child’s progress and areas for further practice when appropriate.

I currently offer online one-to-one tuition, which allows me to provide personalised support in a focused learning environment. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to help students become more independent, motivated, and confident learners. I take pride in building positive relationships with my students and making lessons engaging, supportive, and tailored to their individual needs.
