I am a dedicated and highly experienced computing professional with over 25 years of expertise spanning software development, system analysis, academic instruction, and curriculum design. Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Strathclyde, my research focuses on integrating IoT and AI technologies to develop intelligent dashboards for predictive maintenance an area that combines innovation, data science, and real-world impact.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to lead and deliver complex projects, both in academic and professional settings. I have designed and implemented financial systems, developed digital twin dashboards using MTConnect, and collaborated with manufacturing companies to collect and analyze machine data. These experiences have sharpened my technical skills and deepened my understanding of how technology can solve practical problems.

In education, I have served as a lecturer, associate lecturer, and curriculum designer, delivering modules in Software Development, Networking, Cybersecurity, and AI. I have also supported learners through apprenticeship standards at Levels 3, 4, and 5, ensuring that content is aligned with industry needs and national frameworks.
