Fasih Mian

I am Fasih Mian, and I offer psychology tuition for students at secondary education, A-Level, and undergraduate level.

My academic background is rooted in psychology. I hold both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University. In addition to my studies, I have facilitated structured learning in community settings, including coordinating an English conversation-based learning group and co-facilitating psychological intervention programs. This experience has given me the knowledge and experience necessary to explain complex material clearly and adapting my approach to different learning needs.

Lessons are to be delivered on a one-to-one basis, either online or in person, according to the student's preference. Each session will be tailored to the individual's syllabus, current level of understanding, and specific goals, such as examination preparation, coursework support, or simply a general interest in psychological theory and research.

A lesson will typically begin with a brief review of the areas the student wishes to focus on or has found challenging. We will then work through the material, combining clear explanation with applied examples to consolidate understanding. Students are also provided with a short summary or set of practice questions following each session, to support independent review.

While I am only beginning tutoring practice, I am determined to bring my strong academic experience and commitment to each student's progress. My aim is to ensure students not only grasp core content, but develop a long-lasting understanding of psychology as a subject area.
