My lessons are friendly, relaxed and tailored to each student’s individual needs and ability. I like to start by understanding what the student is currently struggling with and what they would like to achieve.

Lessons will include a mix of explaining concepts clearly, working through examples together and giving students the opportunity to practise independently. I believe in breaking difficult topics down into smaller, manageable steps and encouraging students to ask questions without feeling pressured.

As someone who studied Statistics at A Level and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, I have a strong interest in maths, problem-solving and understanding how people learn. Although I don’t have formal teaching qualifications, I aim to make lessons supportive, engaging and confidence-building.

Whether a student needs help understanding a particular topic, preparing for an exam or simply building their confidence in maths, I will adapt each lesson to suit their learning style and goals.
