My lessons are structured, personalised, and focused on helping each student achieve their best possible results.

At the beginning of a lesson, I take the time to understand the student’s concerns, identify areas they find challenging, and discuss what they would like to focus on. I may also provide a short assessment to gauge their current level and identify any gaps in their knowledge. From there, I create a clear, step-by-step plan tailored to their individual needs and goals.

I use a combination of textbooks, visual resources, and educational videos where appropriate to help students understand difficult topics. However, I place a strong emphasis on exam and question-based learning, as I have found this to be one of the most effective ways to build understanding, confidence, and exam technique.

From my own experience, I have seen how much of a difference the right teaching methods and approach can make to a student’s progress. By adapting lessons to suit the individual student and focusing on their specific weaknesses, I have seen significant improvements not only in their academic performance, but also in their confidence and attitude towards the subject.

After explaining a topic clearly, I provide carefully selected questions that allow the student to apply what they have learned and identify areas that need further development. I also like to provide students with a personalised study plan to follow at home, helping them stay consistent and make steady progress throughout the academic year.

My aim is not simply to help students improve their grades, but to help them genuinely understand the subject, build confidence, develop effective study habits, and reach their full potential.
