I teach with the passion of imparting knowledge. Its like we dont need to teach children how to play game. Whosoever comes to attend class has the same passion of learning that he or she has while playing game, now its upto the teacher how he engages his/her mind. I dont loose contact with the minds. I still remember some concepts that I learned in my child and unable to forget it because of the way I was taught. I dot it with three words. 1. Eye contact. 2. Mind Engagement 3. Two way interactive communcation. Besides, I dont teach without examples. Examples are like sketching a drawing in the minds of the kids what you are teaching. If there is no sketch in the mind of the students, then its useless to teach; because all will be forgotten once I leave the class.
