I’m interested in working with researchers who care about people and real change especially around housing, inclusion and community engagement. I’ve spent over 17 years in health and social care, seeing first-hand how policies and systems affect everyday lives.

I love bringing that experience into research helping teams connect with communities, listen to real stories and design work that feels honest, inclusive and useful. My approach is open, practical and built on respect. I want to help bridge the gap between research and the people it’s meant to serve.
