About me

I have more than ten years of experience teaching Arabic language and literature. I teach Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic. I prefer to teach the two separately, but I have experience teaching the two side by side, so I can accommodate this if it is your preference.

I like to work on all four skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I use a mixture of textbooks (Al-Kitaab for Modern Standard Arabic; Kallimni Arabi for Egyptian) and materials of my own. For advanced learners, I use films, youtube videos, and other material of this sort.
