I have over 20 years of experience in teaching Chemistry and maths. I will use mind maps to assess the student and Q&A to boost their confidence. I will scaffold ideas to break down concept which will help them with confidence-building. For higher achiever, I will often challenge them stretched questioning. I will generally give them homework which we will use to consolidate their understanding.

I will use a flexible Structure and working to set goals and agendas for each lesson, adapting to the student's progress, give them tasks feedbacks each time.
