I'm a qualified teacher with a law degree from the University of York, and alongside my classroom experience, my extensive legal knowledge makes me a great tutor.

My law background taught me how to explain things clearly and break down tricky ideas into simple steps which allows A-level law studnets to grasp and fully engage with big problem scenarios.

As a trained teacher, I know how to plan lessons properly. Before I teach anyone, I like to figure out how they learn best and where they're struggling. This means every lesson I plan is built around that specific student, not just a generic lesson plan.

I set high standards for my students, but I also try to keep things interesting. Learning doesn't have to be boring or repetitive. I like using real examples and getting students to actually think and discuss things, rather than just copying notes down. I find this helps students remember things better and enjoy the subject more which inturn increases their achievement in the subject.

I also believe feedback is really important. I always let students know what they're doing well and what they need to work on, so they can see clear progress over time.

Whether someone needs help preparing for exams, catching up on a subject, or just wants to feel more confident, my goal is always the same: to help them understand the material properly and feel good about their progress.

I want every student to leave a lesson knowing more and feeling more capable.
