I achieved a 8 in English Literature at GCSE, I also gained an A* in my EPQ and Bs in both Art and Film Studies- these subjects are all high passions of mine and I would love to help other students become as enthusiastic as I am about them.

This will be achieved by going through any key points in texts and poems, that the student is studying. This is to help students gain a better understanding of the texts and aid in particular skills, from connecting ideas, understanding contexts and formatting essays in a way that reflects a high skill for GCSE and A-Level students. This will be done by working on examples and aided discussion in order to expand on ideas that the student already has.

Also work on memory techniques to remember contexts for the different texts so that they can be used more affectively in work. Also working on time management for essays and working on areas that are key for exams, especially for A-Level. This will be done by setting topic essays for the student to complete, in short periods of time, focusing on key ideas so that the essay and exam formats become more natural to the student.

Doing a combination of these will help students to excel in these subjects and gain a higher understanding of how the different ideas, themes and works can be connected together to create a high level of insight and help the student to achieve higher grades.
