My lessons are tailored to each person's individual needs,learning style and goals. I ensure the learning environment is relaxed and emphasise on relieving pressure. Using real life scenarios to bring learning to life will support retention and engagement. I have a strong understanding of neurodiversty and recognising learning may somewhat be challenging therefore, using multiple strategies to support you is my goal. Throughout our lessons I will ensure a positive relationships is built to help you to be relaxed comfortable to ask questions, there is no such thing as a silly question. Throughout my experience working with children and young people in residential care and delivering level 4 and level 5 qualification to adults, the one thing I have learnt is that everyone processes information differently, and at different speeds. My teaching approach has been moulded based on this understanding. Therefore, I will always endeavour to ensure you are fully understanding of what has been taught and not just rush you to the next stage. The way we learn is unique and different for every person my goal is to find your perfect learning method and utilise that within each of your lessons.
