I have a diverse range of teaching and tutoring experience, working with students of different ages, academic backgrounds, and learning needs. I have taught French in a high school environment, where I supported students with their French studies and helped them prepare for their GCSEs. This experience taught me how to adapt explanations to different levels and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.

Alongside my experience in schools, I have also tutored university-level subjects, including Finance and Microeconomics. These subjects require a strong understanding of concepts as well as the ability to apply them to problems, and I enjoy helping students break down complex material into clear, manageable steps.

My teaching approach is therefore highly adaptable. I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, level, and learning style, whether they need help understanding a difficult concept, preparing for an exam, completing coursework, or building confidence in a subject. I aim to make lessons engaging and structured while ensuring that students develop the skills to work independently.

Having studied both Finance and Cognitive Science, I particularly enjoy understanding how each student learns best and adapting my explanations accordingly. Whether teaching a language or a quantitative subject, my goal is always to make challenging material feel more approachable and help students gain confidence in their abilities.
