I believe the steps I have used in the past have helped other people improve very well and very quickly. I am currently teaching my neighbours and kids English who only know Italian. Now they know all the basic words and can actually do shopping without asking for help.

I keep it very simple which I believe is the most important step to teach English.

When teaching beginners English, I read my students’ body language to gauge whether they’ve understood and keep checking whether they've understood by asking, “Okay?”

I give them lots of time to practice and make they understand it’s ok if they make mistakes so they don’t feel pressured.

I show I don’t tell. I use this easy steps. simple drawings, pictures, short skits, and exaggerated gestures.

I always use positive reinforcement. I believe this motivates anybody to do better.

Last but not least I am not boring. I always have awesome ideas that will keep my students engaged throughout the lesson. This I cannot share as it’s for my students alone.
