The focus of my sessions are to identify key strengths and develop successful learner mindset, applying these to any limiting beliefs around success and behaviours needed to increase positive and healthy lifestyles. Sessions include learning about realistic goal setting, exploring time management, developing positive recall imagery for learning styles and strategies for managing workload and overwhelm!
