I believe that language lessons should be fun, engaging and full of culture. Language learning isn't just about memorisation, it's about noticing the patterns of the language and practising using the language again and again and again, it's about engaging with the language, immersing yourself inn it and falling in love with the culture and people who speak it along the way.
This is why my lessons are centred around vocabulary and grammar acquisition through engaging activities that use all the models of language proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) whilst being culturally heavy.

Lessons are tailored to each individual learner, their level and their goals of language learning, so no two lessons are the same. However, no matter the goal, lessons are usually structured with first an introduction to the vocabulary and grammar points you are looking to learn, then practised through different modes of language, be that reading, writing, or speaking. All material and resources are created with the learner in mind.

I have a PGCE in Secondary Modern Foreign Language Education with over a year of experience and two years of experience teaching MFL, as I hold a TEFL after teaching English.
My Spanish language experience comes from growing up in Spain and having the pleasure of experiencing the Spanish culture and language firsthand. That is why I am extremely passionate about language learning, as I know the power of connectedness and confidence it can bring.

Learning a new language is never easy, but it can be fun and extremely rewarding!
