My name is Emily, I am a level 5 qualified TEFL teacher. I am a native English speaker and live in Preston, Lancashire, UK.
I have a bachelor’s degree in fashion media and promotion. I am a creative person so my lessons will be fun an interactive.
I teach adults from low intermediate to advanced and will tailor my lessons to your needs and interests.

ME AS A TEACHER
I am a friendly, open teacher who likes to create a comfortable and relaxed learning environment. I will focus on your personal English goals, with topics you are interested in to help you build up your confidence.
I have lived in different countries and helped many students and friends gain confidence in their English. I understand each person learns differently so I will customise our lessons to suit your needs. Practice is the most important part of learning a language and I will offer you a safe, relaxed environment so you can learn successfully.

MY LESSONS
Mainly my lessons will be focused on maximising your talking time. In each class you will learn new vocabulary and how to use it in real life conversation. I can help you with your pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary or we can practice natural English conversation. I will customise the lesson towards your level, needs and interests.
My lessons are comfortable and relaxed to enhance your learning experience. I do this by being open, friendly and choosing a range of activities that are entertaining but also thought provoking. We will study materials at your level. I will provide all the materials for the lesson, but if there is a particular topic you are interested in, we can focus on that.
