I believe in a balanced approach to learning a language, having studied Spanish and French in university I understand how frustrating/difficult the process can be with the wrong teacher. I believe in a balanced approach to learning a language, having studied Spanish and French in university I understand how frustrating/difficult the process can be with the wrong teacher. Grammar is great but what use is it if you can’t communicate with the people around you? I can create an engaging and fun class whilst learning. I also place a focus on culture-specific learning; I believe culture is interwoven with language and is an important part of your language learning journey.
I like to create interactive and student-centered lessons. I believe in giving the student the tools and know-how to learn and study a language, guiding them along their journey. I do my best to create a large foundation of basic and important language knowledge and build up areas that you are interested in, whether it's cars, movies, or geography!
