My lessons are fully personalised to each student. I start by understanding what you already know, what you find difficult, and what your goals are, then I build sessions around you. I explain concepts clearly, break problems down step-by-step, and encourage questions at any time.

A key focus for me is making computing enjoyable; it is a fantastic subject with so many areas of interest and applications. A big focus of mine is making computing work for you, which includes making it interesting.

I draw on my industry experience to make computing relevant. I am happy to research and explain deeper topics outside of the syllabus.

In each lesson, I combine short explanations with guided practice, live examples, and opportunities for you to try things independently. I adapt the pace based on how you’re feeling that day, and I always check that you understand the “why” behind each concept, not just the steps. My approach is calm, patient, and supportive, and I aim to build both confidence and knowledge.

I believe everyone can succeed in computing with the right guidance. Whether you’re preparing for exams, improving your programming skills, or exploring computing for the first time, I’ll help you progress in a way that feels manageable and motivating.
