Eloïse Fortat

Born and bred in France, I moved to the UK at the age of 20 and have since spent over 16 years working in the corporate world for global companies. Alongside my professional career, I have been tutoring French for several years — helping learners of all ages and levels gain confidence and fluency. I am now delighted to dedicate myself fully to teaching French.

I offer online lessons wherever you are in the world, as well as in-person sessions if you are based in Warwickshire.

My lessons can follow a structured format, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation. However, most of my students prefer a tailor-made approach, adapted to their individual goals — whether it’s preparing for exams, improving business communication, or learning French for travel or pleasure.

Above all, my teaching style is interactive, encouraging, and practical, with an emphasis on real-life use of the language and building your confidence to speak naturally.
