Hello, thank you for visiting my tutoring page. My name is Ellie and I'm a university student studying Biomedical Sciences with a genuine passion for science and education. I specialise in GCSE Biology and Chemistry, helping students strengthen their understanding, improve exam technique and, - most importantly - gain confidence in their own abilities.

I know first hand how valuable having a tutor can be! During my A-levels I was personally tutored, an experience that gave me unique insight into what students truly need from a tutor. I understand how it feels to tackle challenging topics, manage exam pressure and build confidence lesson by lesson. That perspective shapes my approach today and allows me to create the kind of supportive sessions that helped me succeed.

A key part of my teaching style is personalisation. I believe every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand each individuals strengths, challenges and preferred learning methods. Whether that means step-by-step explanations, past paper practises or even creating songs and hand gestures, Ill help you get the most out of every session!
