My sessions are designed to be hands-on, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable. Learning happens through doing, experimenting, and making things together, rather than passively watching or being talked at. Sessions have a clear structure, but they’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and active involvement.
We start by checking in and setting a clear focus for the session—what you want to explore, what you’re working towards, or what would feel satisfying to make progress on. This is especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, unsure where to begin, or trying to learn something new. From there, we dive straight into practical work. Ideas are broken into manageable steps and explored through shared screens, visual prompts, short exercises, and real-time experimentation. You’ll be actively involved throughout, with support, guidance, and space to build understanding at your own pace. Lessons are flexible and can cover a wide range of creative techniques, concepts, or approaches, depending on what excites you or what you want to focus on next, ensuring every session is meaningful and enjoyable.
We finish each session by reflecting on what we worked on, what clicked, and how the process felt. We’ll highlight progress, creative wins, and useful takeaways to carry forward. The aim is for each session to feel supportive, energising, and confidence-boosting—feeding creativity while helping you leave feeling clearer, more capable, and motivated to keep going. Each session is designed to leave you inspired, having explored ideas in a hands-on way, while building skills you can continue developing independently, making learning both fun and rewarding.
