I use a slide deck as a template for my lessons. I use quizzes to recap knowledge and try to incorporate real-life scenarios to bring content to life. One lesson will incorporate one or two learning objectives and I tailor each lesson to suit the student's individual learning style.

A bit about me: I have experience tutoring and mentoring undergraduate students whilst working in professional roles and during my Biochemistry PhD. I recently worked as a volunteer teaching assistant at a special education school to gain experience of working with SEND students.

I try to deliver engaging lessons that build confidence and perhaps spark an interest in science!
