My experience and dynamic:

I have experience tutoring English 1-1 in a London Primary school as well as experience tutoring small groups in Japan within companies. I lived and worked in Hyogo, Japan for a year and learnt much from the experience. I now live back in London and would love to continue tutoring as it has become a passion of mine! I love helping my students reach their full potential in English, a language I love, not just because its my native language but because of its fascinating origins and history as well as its modern day quirks and complexities. I understand English is a very difficult language to learn even for some natives let alone as a second or even third language. That's why I bring creative games and visuals to my classes no matter my students age as I believe excitement and creative engagement better help information and learning to cement into ones memory. Together lets conquer the English language and all its complexities!

Basic lesson structure (may vary):

My lessons would usually start with a fun, relaxed warm up exercise where you can feel relaxed and get your brain woken up, these exercises will be on subjects previously studied as they aren't hard but get your brain thinking and focusing on English. Next we will move into the introduction of subject of the day along with visuals and verbal engagement. Then we will move onto a task or exercise that I will be ready to assist with or talk through with you, it could be written, verbal or listening. Finally we will play a game that will cover the basics of the lesson as your foundation will be your biggest strength. I will always set homework with a deadline unless you specifically request I don't, however, I highly recommend this as it will keep your studying consistent and mean you'll be move likely to remember the topics and key rules of the language.
