My lessons are relaxed, practical and personalised to your goals. I want you to spend most of the lesson actually using English, rather than simply listening to me explain grammar.

We usually begin with a conversation or warm-up related to your interests, work or everyday life. I'll naturally identify areas to improve and give you useful corrections, vocabulary and expressions throughout the lesson. We then practise these through discussions, role-plays, real-life scenarios, pronunciation exercises or exam-style questions, depending on your goals.

For example, we might practise a job interview, prepare for a presentation, have a discussion on a current topic, work on British pronunciation, or practise how to express your opinions more naturally.

I provide clear explanations and personalised feedback, including corrections to grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence structure and natural British expressions. I also encourage you to reuse new language during the lesson so that it becomes something you can actually use in real life.

For advanced learners, lessons can be more challenging and conversation-focused, with detailed corrections to help you sound more fluent, natural and confident.

Every lesson is adapted to your level, personality and goals, whether you're learning English for everyday life, travel, work, interviews, presentations or exams.

I have two years of experience teaching English as a foreign language to learners from a wide range of countries and backgrounds. I also have experience working in a school supporting children with high additional needs, so I understand the importance of patience, encouragement and adapting lessons to suit each individual learner.
