I am happy to teach any level from absolute beginner to advanced and I will structure my lessons according to my pupils' needs and learning styles. I may use a traditional approach with textbooks; a visual approach using images primarily; or I may focus on speaking and listening, with conversation and recordings, or I may well use a combination of all of the above. Yes, I will teach some grammar, because I think it is necessary, but it won't be too painful and it will be appropriate to your level. I am not keen on cramming for exams. I know that sometimes this is needed, but I am not the right person if you require that service. There will be other people who can definitely help you and I wouldn't want to waste your time. Also, I will NOT do your homework for you. That is a matter of principle. However, I am happy to explore strategies and ways to improve your performance if that is your concern, or if you are struggling in class. I am interested in a wide range of subjects and if you wish to explore a particular theme or topic I can easily structure the language teaching around it. Above all, what I expect is hard work and genuine enthusiasm. That way, I am sure you will make progress. I conduct my lessons in English, but I can use my own knowledge of foreign languages to help with comprehension or any explanations if this becomes necessary.
