Eliz

Hi, I’m Eliz, a qualified primary educator with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the University of Greenwich. I specialise in supporting primary-aged children in English and Maths, with particular experience in phonics, reading, writing, spelling, and building confidence in learning.

My lessons are tailored to each child’s individual needs, whether they need help catching up, building confidence, strengthening core skills, or preparing for assessments such as SATs or 11+ entry in the future.

I create engaging, supportive, and structured lessons that make learning enjoyable while ensuring clear progress. My teaching approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and adapting methods to suit different learning styles, helping children feel comfortable asking questions and developing independence.

As a qualified teacher, I understand the UK primary curriculum and how to break down learning into manageable steps that children can confidently achieve. I offer in-person tutoring in South East London and aim to build strong relationships with both students and parents to support success.
