Hi there,

I'm offering online tutoring mainly on weekends, however my availability is flexible. I started learning Spanish at Explore Learning before school and then studied it for my GCSEs and A levels. I now enjoy speaking with locals in Spain when travelling and want to pass some knowledge on. I have taught friends and family casually and would like to officially dedicate more time to this, so feel free to contact me!

My sessions are great for beginners wanting to get ahead before starting Spanish at school as I did, or for adults wanting to learn the basics to get by confidently when travelling in Spain.

So the first sessions might consist of:

1) Greetings, basics, common phrases, and an introduction to pronunciation.
2) Nouns and applying the masculine and feminine rules.
3) Common verbs that I use all the time in Spain and how to structure them!
4) More complex sentence structures using helpful adjectives.
5) Practising these longer sentences in basic conversation.

All at your pace and with basic conversation practice integrated throughout! The following lessons can then be themed around larger topics.

My sessions are also great for existing students who want extra tutoring around their course, as we can look at the curriculum and course material to support it.

I will speak Spanish followed by English translation during lessons so that students can tune their ears and build on their listening skills. After some sessions, I may leave you with helpful tips, resources, and goals to reach in between lessons.
