Hi Guys!
I am a Biomedical Engineering student at Queen Mary University of London with a strong academic background in mathematics, having achieved 98/100 in CBSE Grade 10 and 95/100 in CBSE Grade 12. I also scored an average of 84.6% in Numerical Methods in Engineering, demonstrating strong applied mathematical ability.

I have experience teaching and mentoring students with a wide range of abilities. I’ve helped students who hate maths as well as those aiming for top grades, so don’t worry if you feel stuck or anxious; that’s exactly what I’m here for. As a Student Ambassador, I have also supported peers in understanding statistical and quantitative concepts.

My teaching approach is structured, interactive, and results-driven. I begin by understanding how the student thinks, asking them to explain their reasoning and identifying any gaps or misconceptions. I then break problems down into clear steps: identifying what is given and what is being asked, and linking them to the relevant concepts or formulas. Lessons are highly collaborative, with guided problem-solving rather than passive listening.

I place a strong emphasis on practice and consistency, as they are key to success in mathematics. Students receive regular homework, and I provide ongoing feedback between sessions to ensure steady progress. Each lesson includes a recap and reinforcement to build long-term understanding and exam confidence.

I also tailor my teaching to the students’ goals, whether that is overcoming fear of maths, improving grades, or achieving top marks. Where possible, I connect topics to real-world applications to make the subject more engaging and meaningful.
