Elina Jalali

I have previous experience tutoring younger students at my school with basic English/maths and typically spend my days coaching junior netball. Prior to lessons I will create presentations on the specific lesson/topic as well as collecting various worksheets or practice questions that we can use during the lesson.

If there are no weaknesses, I am more than happy to assess/mark practice questions, such as essay questions for older years or narrative writing for younger years as this is a strength of mine. In addition to this, if there is a certain novel/play a student is studying at school, I am more than happy to aid them on any homework set and do my own external research on the novel.

At school I studied texts such as A Christmas Carol, Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, An Inspector Calls and A Much Ado About Nothing. I regularly enjoy reading and therefore may have read other novels too.

I have a massive passion for English and therefore would genuinely enjoy tutoring students with any issues they have!
