Elena Foca

My lessons are dynamic, supportive and fully adapted to you. Each session is carefully structured, combining technique, creativity and enjoyment, so you can learn, grow and feel confident through movement.

I have over 15 years of dance experience and more than 13 years of pedagogical practice, with professional training in ballroom dance and formal studies at the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts, where I also developed strong skills in choreography, stage direction, scenography and performance production.

I have worked with a wide range of ages — from 3 to 95 years old — and I truly believe that dance is for everyone. My teaching approach is flexible and student-centred: I adapt every lesson to your abilities, needs, goals and learning style.

I am also proud to have worked for two years as a gymnastics coach within the Aesthetic Gymnastics Federation of the Republic of Moldova, where my students achieved outstanding results in a short period of time, including participation in the National Gymnastics Championship.

In addition, I have created over 100 first wedding dance choreographies, helping couples feel confident, connected and truly themselves on their special day.

Because of my experience, adaptability and passion for teaching, I am confident that I can be the dance teacher who supports, inspires and guides you every step of the way.
