In 2024 I completed transformative coach training with the highly respected Co-Active Training Institute, the Positive Intelligence PQ Program and recently completed the Playing Big Facilitator training with Tara Mohr. I subsequently launched a bespoke coaching service focused around wellness, supporting clients with their mindset / emotional wellbeing and confidence.
Centred around emotional wellness and focused on unlocking potential and achieving future positive change, my personalised solutions enable my clients to take total control of their current and future goals and ambitions.
As a trained coach my interests lie with developing wellness for the mind - nurturing and supporting the powerful mindset and positive perspective required to live this healthy, fulfilled purpose led life, focused on resilience, balance and inner / outer awareness. I believe true wellness must include a focused mindset - one built on empathy, passion and purpose.
My clients include entrepreneurs, female founders, those going through life transitions and change and those looking to fulfil their potential and lead purpose driven lives both personally and professionally.
I have a keen interest in empowering and supporting young adults to overcome barriers and move towards their goals with confidence and resilience.
I work with regular online sessions of min duration for a minimum of 6 sessions which allows for reasonable impact. I coach with empathy, support and creativity.
I recently completed Managing Study, Stress and Mental Health at University - EDX / CURTINX to add to my expertise in this field.
