I offer friendly, patient and structured lessons in basic English, Science and Mathematics for children, young learners and adults who would like to build their confidence and strengthen their fundamental skills.

My lessons are adapted to the individual student, so we can work at a comfortable pace and focus on the areas where the most support is needed. I believe that learning is most effective when difficult ideas are broken down into simple, manageable steps and students feel comfortable asking questions.

For English, I can help with reading and comprehension, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, writing and conversational English. I can also support students who are learning English as an additional language and want to become more confident communicating in everyday situations.

For Science and Mathematics, I focus on developing a strong understanding of the fundamentals, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, basic algebra and everyday problem-solving. Rather than simply giving students answers, I explain the reasoning behind each step and then use practice questions to reinforce their understanding.

A typical lesson begins by identifying what the student already understands and any areas they find difficult. We then work through the topic together using explanations, examples and practice exercises. Lessons can also be tailored around schoolwork, homework, upcoming tests or particular topics that the student would like to improve.

I am a postgraduate student in London with Master’s-level education and extensive professional experience. I bring patience, organisation and clear communication to my lessons. My goal is to create a relaxed learning environment where students can improve their skills, ask questions freely and gradually become more confident independent learners.
