I like to include innovative methods of teaching to enable my learners have fun while learning a completely misinterpreted subject like mathematics. As much as possible, I try to relate with the content of their real environment to enable them envisage the essence of the subject and the aim which learning it helps them achieve. Knowing why their learning mathematics, helps the student pick interest in mathematics by allowing them veiw the subject in a different way, this greatly allows them to easily walk through different episodes of the subject.
Also I strongly believe in the power of association, therefore I arrange my learners in groups and try to create an atmosphere of good competition. This type of competition motivates the learners to carry on with personal improvement and thus the general load of teaching is spread evenly across the entire class making my work easier and giving me enough room and time to know each learner in a way and manner that allows them be friendly enough to listen to me as well as be elderly enough to learn from me. I also try to live up to standard as I consciously remind myself that my learners are watching me closely. I try to portray the joy in the subject and how far that joy has led me in my personal life, how far it will lead them if they gave the task head on, and believe me, with all this bits of random English words I've been quite successful as a teacher
