I discuss & analyze what the client has done before, what worked & what hasn’t, what they’re currently doing for exercise & what their current lifestyle & eating patterns look like.
We then together create a weekly holistic exercise routine, which I will guide them through in each online session, at home or whilst they’re at gym, ensuring we work with what they have.
I will guide them every step of the way & provide exercise correction/ form where need be, as well as exercise modification & progression.
We then walk this journey together & ensure results are being attained.
We will also discuss healthy eating patterns & make changes where need be.
Clients will have direct contact with me via WhatsApp/ other messaging platforms, whereby if they have any questions or concerns through their day, such as a food they’d like to know if they can eat, I will advise accordingly.
