I draw on a unique combination of academic psychology, real-world experience, and cutting-edge work with artificial intelligence. I have spent many years studying psychology at university level, with a particular focus on trauma, PTSD, and emerging therapeutic approaches, while also exploring how AI can be used to support learning, wellbeing, and personal development.
A key part of my work involves developing and evaluating therapeutic chatbot systems, giving me first-hand experience of how technology can be used to facilitate learning, reflection, and meaningful dialogue. This interest in conversation-based learning shapes my teaching style: lessons are interactive, thought-provoking, and tailored to the individual rather than relying on rote memorisation.
Having travelled extensively across Europe and Asia and engaged with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, I bring a broad perspective to discussions of psychology, society, history, and human behaviour. I encourage students to connect ideas across disciplines, think critically about evidence, and develop confidence in expressing their own views.
Lessons are adapted to your goals and learning style, whether you need support with psychology, research methods, academic writing, critical thinking, or preparing for exams and assignments. My aim is not just to help you understand the material, but to help you become a more confident, independent learner who enjoys asking questions and exploring new ideas.
