I have 21 months’ experience tutoring 15+ GCSE and A-level maths students, with over 90% improving their grades through structured lesson plans and regular progress tracking. In lessons I break ideas into clear steps, use exam-style questions from the start, and adapt explanations until they truly make sense to the student. I share simple revision strategies, provide targeted homework, and give calm, constructive feedback so students feel supported, not judged. I mainly teach calculus, statistics and mechanics, but I am happy to reinforce core skills such as algebra, graphs and problem solving when needed. I offer online lessons using an interactive whiteboard and shared resources, so students can see each step clearly and keep notes to review later. My goal is to build confidence as well as strong exam technique, so that students feel prepared, independent and motivated to reach their target grade.
