I’m a qualified TEFL teacher with a background in Theatre and Psychology, and I genuinely love helping students discover the joy of learning English.
I have experience teaching children (primary and 11+), teenagers, and adults, including students with dyslexia and other additional needs. I’ve worked as an English tutor and as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools (including planning ESOL lessons), and I previously taught History of Theatre in Romania.
I create a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere where you can make mistakes, ask questions, and build real confidence. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, level, and learning style. Whether you learn best by talking, through games and activities, stories, or structured practice, we’ll explore what works for you.
What to expect in my lessons:
Dynamic and engaging activities using conversation, role-play, storytelling, and real-life situations (drawing on my theatre experience).
A mix of speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and writing, balanced to match your needs.
Regular feedback, progress checks, and adjusted lesson plans so you can see clear improvement.
Plenty of encouragement and motivation
Whether you want to improve your conversational English, prepare for exams, build confidence at work, or help your child succeed at school, I’ll make our time together an exciting learning adventure
