After speaking to my students and understanding their needs I devise lesson plans to incorporate content that will help them achieve their outcome.

I generally start the lesson by introducing the topic, build students understanding and knowledge and give them a chance to practice what they have learnt. This can be in the form of worksheets, games and other activities.

I like the students to be engaged and interactive. I also welcome feedback and student input where needed.

During my lessons I will also try and answer questions to the best of my ability and creat a fund constructive environment.
