My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual learning style and goals. I focus on creating a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in Biology.
Lessons are usually structured around:
• Explaining key concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way
• Working through exam-style questions and past papers
• Identifying weak areas and improving them step-by-step
• Teaching revision and memorisation techniques for Biology
• Active learning rather than just reading notes
I aim to make lessons interactive and engaging rather than purely lecture-based. I also relate topics to real-life examples and my experience as a Veterinary Medicine student, which helps students understand how Biology applies beyond school.
I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Biology, Grade 9 in GCSE Human Biology, and an A in A-Level Biology, and I understand what exam boards are looking for. Having completed GCSEs and A-Levels myself relatively recently, I can also give students practical advice on revision, exam technique, and managing workload effectively.
I have experience working with students in both academic and practical settings and understand that everyone learns differently. My aim is not only to help students achieve better grades, but also to help them genuinely understand and enjoy Biology. I am patient, approachable, and always happy to adapt the pace of lessons depending on the student’s confidence level. Whether a student is aiming to pass, improve their grades, or achieve top marks, I work to make lessons productive, motivating, and stress-free. Looking forward to hearing from you.
