I encourage my students to be reflective thinkers and check for comprehension with interactive notebooks. I ensure that student are frequently practicing the sharing and presenting and the importance of doing it as a team work as so as individual. Teaching active listening and practice a lot with their friends at school. Callan method show me how to be efficient with students in a way that they learn and not get bored sometimes student are tired of work and come to my classes so I make sure to keep them active so their brains connect to the class and enjoy while doing it. Reading, writing, speaking and listening are key factors to learn in my class therefore, we use lecture based instruction they repeat after me. Students ask if there’s a question and I explain to ensure they understand what we are reading and learning.
