Sessions are delivered online and typically include:

* Personalised nutrition advice and education
* Support with meal planning and healthy eating
* Weight management and behaviour change strategies
* IBS and gut health support, including Low FODMAP guidance where appropriate

My approach is supportive, non-judgemental and realistic. I believe nutrition should be sustainable and enjoyable, not restrictive. I focus on helping clients build confidence, develop healthy habits and achieve long-term results through small, achievable changes.
I have experience working across NHS, private healthcare and digital health settings, supporting adults with weight management, obesity, gut health concerns, metabolic health conditions and lifestyle-related health challenges. I am also Low FODMAP trained through King's College London and have extensive experience in behaviour change and health coaching.
My aim is to help you understand nutrition in a simple and practical way, empowering you to make informed choices and achieve your health goals with confidence.
