I am a current 2nd year university student studying biomedical sciences and I aim to teach KS3 and GCSE biology. Based on my personal experience of GCSE, I did triple sciences getting a grade of 7 (A) in GCSE biology. My dynamics of the lesson is to go over the content that you need help with and general content to ensure you understand the required knowledge from the specification. After, I will then give a serious of exam questions for practice to ensure you have truly understood the content and we will do corrections together. This is important to analyse the weak points so that we can go over it together. When you are closer to exam periods, we will complete timed past papers and mark them together to see what the weak points are. My main aim overall is to ensure that my students are comfortable with content and feel confident to answer questions and complete exam practice.
